This workout involves running interval training at high intensities also known as HIIT (high intensity interval training).

It is fun and quick, and enables just about anyone to get in a great workout regardless of their busy schedules.

This short 20-min workout pushes you close to your max heart rate during your 30 x 30-sec intervals, which helps you burn optimal calories to shed fat and change your body.

The workout begins with 2-min of walking, jogging or running.

The main set includes 15 x 30-sec intervals that will target Zones 3, 4 and 5, with 15 x 30-sec Zone 2 rest intervals in-between.

The workout finishes with a 3-min 30-sec cool down in Zones 2 and 1.
