This short, high intensity workout will elevate your heart rate quickly while strengthening your core, for maximum results in minimum time.

Warm up:

5 min leg stretch

Main set:

High intensity interval drills utilizing high knees, burpees, squat jumps, pushups, plank, crunches, and mountain climbers.

Coll down:

2 min stretch

Great quick workout

Love it! I love that it gets my core burning super quickly, my HR goes up and in 14 minutes it's over. I often use it as a stress breaker whenever I've been sitting down for a long time working... I stop get this workout done and I'm instantly re-energized and ready to tackle more work :) Thank you!
