This is a workout geared towards runners looking to build strength. It is a full-body strength workout that includes 9 exercises that are arranged in a circuit, meaning you will do one set of each exercise and move to the next.

Complete the entire circuit twice.

Equipment required are dumbbells of various weights and an aerobics step.
