IMPORTANT: Watch the videos demonstrating correct technique for each of the exercises before you do the workout.

This is the warm-up we use prior to any workout with our players, and you should too. The goal of this warm-up is exactly that:  to get your body warm, your blood flowing, and your focus dialed in so you are ready to work. Ease in to it with gradual intensity and by the end of this warm-up you should be slightly sweaty, loose and ready for your workout. This workout includes jumping jacks, high kicks, walking lunges and more so be sure to check out the video prior to starting!
