In this workout we focus on developing a base level of strength using body weight and resistance band exercises. The workout consists of both rep and time based sets. This is a great workout to utilize as you start your training program. 

Pieces of equipment that you will need are: 1 physioball, pull-up bar and 1 resistance band with handles appropriate to your strength level.
