This workout will test your stamina with a series of progressively building intensity intervals.

The focus is to establish good form, then escalate force while retaining that form through sporadic intervals that range in speed. Too many runners simply run at one output, but this workout will help you train at different speeds for optimum race preparation and form stimulus.
