Although it may sound complicated, a 30-20-10 run is an easy way to burn calories quickly. This workout features multiple one-minute intervals in which you run for 30 seconds at a low intensity (Zone 2), the next 20 seconds at moderate intensity (Zone 3), and the final 10 seconds at high intensity (Zone 5). Developed by Danish researchers, 30-20-10 runs are proven to boost your overall fitness and health. They are also widely regarded by runners as more fun and interesting than traditional interval workouts.

In this Advanced version, you will complete three sets of five 30-20-10 intervals with 2-minute active recovery periods between sets. The entire session only takes 34 minutes to complete and includes helpful tips on how to effectively carry out this type of exercise.
