The following circuit is intended to be a fun, effective body fat blasting workout targeting and toning every muscle group in the body. The workout is 20-min including a warm-up and cool-down. If the workout isn't long enough for you do it twice!
Fire up your body's furnace with a circuit that includes the following exercises: Squat, reverse lunge, leg extension, standing ab, plie squat, burpee, push-up, plank, bike kick, and mountain climbers.
