This workout was built to do two things, burn fat and go fast on the bike. Along the way, you will learn about fuel systems and also get some knowledge about how Tim O'Donnell trains and how he got to where he is today.


The meat of our workout will consist of 3 x 10 minute efforts with 5 min active recoveries between, with the focus on being in either Zone 2 or Zone 3 heart rate.
