This workout is designed to sculpt those sand legs and develop the strength and stamina to be able to serve, run to the net, and block or pull off the net every time. Ideally perform this workout in sand.


Warm up:


3 min of a jog and shuffle movement around a 30 foot square area 


Main set:


5-on-a-dice speed footwork repeats x10


Skiers forwards and backwards up the line x2


Shuffle up and back x1


Bunny hops over the line up and back x1


Broad jumps up and down the line x3


Line sprints to block jumps x10
