Total Duration: 25 Minutes

This time efficient interval training specialty bike cycling cardio workout can also be done on a treadmill, an elliptical, a step unit or outside on a track, a trail or throughout your neighborhood.

You’ll begin with a 5 minute warm up that will be followed by 30 second interval blast in your Zone 4, with the first 2 minute recovery in your Zone 1. After that you will do three 30 second all out intervals in your Zone 5…plus a 1 minute interval blast in the middle…all with 3 minute rest intervals in between in your Zone 2. The entire workout including warm up and cool down is 25 minutes.

As always….your high intensity may be resistance on the cardio piece, a faster pace or walk, more incline or….a full on sprint. YOUR high level….is YOUR high level….what ever level this may be. Which means regardless of your current fitness level from beginners to elite….everyone can do this. You’ll finish with a 5 minute cool down, that begins in your Zone 2 and decelerates to Zone 1 to complete the workout.

Once again the fat burning results from this workout extend hours AFTER your workout efforts. Over and over the research confirms the fat burning benefits of high intensity interval training. SHOW UP…give it YOUR best effort and enjoy the results!
