As you crawl through Pipeline or across Goliath, the ropes are moving constantly. To swiftly conquer these obstacles takes a precise kind of strength. This strength circuit mimics the same kind of movement patterns you will find on the course, using the always-moving physioball. Having the extra strength and balance provided by the physioball will help exponentially in the Warrior Dash. The exercises in this circuit not only test your mechanical motion, but they also test your mechanical stability, which is the first thing to fail when you are shimmying through Pipeline. Doing this workout will make every obstacle easier.
