Warrior Dash is not all about strength and speed; it is also about balance. Even the strongest person in the world will not make it across Two X Fall without balance. This circuit uses the physioball's instability to make each exercise work not only your large muscle chains, but also the smaller connector muscles that help you balance.


The obstacles of Warrior Dash are not forgiving; they take balance and muscle control. This physioball circuit helps strengthen and hone the right type of muscle memory, so that when you make your way across the slack line of High Tension, you have the skills as well as the confidence to make it through!
