In this session we will roll the hamstrings using the GRID Foam Roller.

The hamstrings, which play an important role in stabilizing the hips, often become chronically tense due to improper posture. Performing this release can help to restore health to these frequently overworked muscles.

When rolling out your "back upper leg," we will focus on two areas:

Area 1: From just above the back of the knee to midway up the back of the thigh.
Area 2: From mid-thigh to directly beneath the base of the glute.
