In this session we will roll the muscles in the thoracic spine region using the GRID Foam Roller.

We are going to target the muscles of the mid to upper back. This area assists in breathing and plays a pivotal role in our ability to maintain neutral posture. Lack of mobility in this area can lead to several other problems such as pain in the lower back or even tension in the neck muscles.

When rolling out your back, we will focus on two areas:

Area 1: From middle of the back to bottom of the shoulder blades.
Area 2: From shoulder blades to base of the neck.
