Arm strength is imperative when it comes to the Warrior Dash. This upper body circuit works your arms, chest, and back so that all of your muscles work together as you make your way across Leader's Ledge or climb Giant Cliffhanger.

In the Warrior Dash, you want to use your legs whenever you can, BUT there are some obstacles where your arms are the most important tool. The exercises in this circuit ensure that when it comes to the inevitable pushing, pulling, and hoisting in Warrior Dash, you have enough strength in the tank.
