Are you stuck in a rut with your weight and looking for a way to get some momentum going? This one-week fat-loss plan may be just what you need.

The plan features three runs and two full-body circuit strength workouts. Each of the runs includes helpful diet and exercise tips from Racing Weight author Matt Fitzgerald.

You should be able to run for at least 30 minutes before you start the plan.
